Pat and the team at The Detail Shop do amazing work and have great customer service. The PPF, Ceramic Coat, and Tint were all installed amazingly and the car looks amazing. At the 2 week check in, I mentioned some tiny dots I assumed were debris under the tint. They were very tiny and part of me was worried I was being dramatic. Without hesitation, they pulled it into the shop to work on it without getting at all defensive or making me feel like I was being nitpicky. As it turns out, it was a manufacturing defect on the car itself, so they removed the tint, allowed me to get it serviced under the warranty, and then reinstalled the tint without any need for additional payment or giving me a hard time. They were super flexible with my work schedule for car drop off and pickups and were very communicative for the whole time. I would absolutely go back here for work on any future vehicles I have.

I recently purchased a used luxury SUV that was in great shape, but I wanted the front driver and passenger windows tinted to match the rear windows, along with a full detail. I called and spoke with someone who was extremely helpful and took the time to explain their services and answer my questions. After that conversation, I was sold. TDS was able to get me an appointment just a few days later, and I couldn’t be happier with how the SUV turned out. The window tints look great and match perfectly, and the detailing work was excellent. I’ll definitely be bringing my SUV back to TDS for future detailing and any other tint or body work.
