Issouf was pleasant, professional and courteous. Informed me of what he was going to do. Being it was a Saturday afternoon, part shops were not open and he was unable to complete the repair. However the problem was more isolated than before. His return has been scheduled.
Martin and the team from TE-Certified were great! The team helped figure out the best thing to do and took care of it! I'll definitely use them again for various plumbing needs.

Very knowledgeable and thorough
Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they also try to sell you things you don't need. BEWARE

Just had TE certified Electrician Dalton at my house to install a generator inlet box with transfer switch.. He was awesome. Quoted me a fair price for the job and did not up sale or try to sell me on more repairs. He checked the panel to make sure everything was in order. He was a straight forward type of guy. I like that. Thank you Dalton.
As always, TE responded rapidly to my emergency, diagnosed my problem quickly, and ordered the parts needed for the repair on the same-day.
