We had the pleasure of working with Diane Campshure Walczyk and Team Campshure Walczyk at Resource One Realty when selling our longtime home in Bellevue. Selling a unique home that we had owned for 25 years was not an easy process, especially with a longer-than-expected time on the market. Diane and her team remained committed, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. They worked hard to market the property, provided thoughtful guidance along the way, and never stopped looking for ways to generate interest. Whitney also brought a creative approach to the marketing, including some very memorable video content that helped showcase the personality and character of our home. We ultimately reached the closing table, and we are grateful to Diane, Whitney and the entire Team Campshure Walczyk for their persistence, communication and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate team.

Mrs. Campshure Walczyk was representing the seller in a property we purchased. The property marketed a hot tub and included photos. Shortly after move - in we filled the hot tub and prepared it for use. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work at all as advertised and was an additional expense to get it functional. Our realtor worked hard to get some compensation or reimbursement for our costs but Mrs. Campshure Walczyk was very delayed in providing timely responses and ultimately determined she and the sellers were not responsible. I would not recommend using this realtor if this is how she conducts her relationship with other realtors and potential buyers of her listed properties. Poor display of professionalism and ethics.

Diane and her staff were there for us every step of the way. Diane explained everything thoroughly. She made selling a home a pleasant experience. Thank you Diane for helping us sell our house.
