Replied on a Sunday when the water heater went out. Caleb came a day early that was probably scheduled and took care of it quietly with a sleeping baby in the house!

Team Enoch technician, Caleb gave me a confident and honest impression to me. He found out the switcher was off and he put it on. I am happy that Team Enoch established my water heater 5 years ago and got warranty. I strongly recommend this honest company to my friends.

Victor and Daniel did an HVAC install for my home.
They where prompt and complete with the installation.
Instructions were explained to me about thermostat function and the type of unit that was installed.

Nathan and Thomas came to my house 10/05/26 to correct a stopper that was installed 09/21/26. It was plastic and had a crack in it, they replaced it with a metal stopper. Thank you guys for everything.

Webster came out to check my AC. He let me know when I was next on the list before arriving. As expected, he was very professional.
He checked my air handler, the thermostat, and the temperature differential between the air going into my AC intake and coming out of the vents. He explained what he was checking and why it matters. He also looked at and serviced/cleaned my outdoor unit.
Webster and Team Enoch always do outstanding work which makes the membership with its included services and discounts well worth the cost.
