Absolutely exceptional people and business that I am grateful for. Our family has been using them for our cars for years. Today while driving my kids to school something lodged in my tire, caused a rupture and an almost immediate 0 PSI. Outstanding customer service, my son's brakes were so bad, they typically are pretty backed up on service and got his brakes done within a day so he would have a car to go to work.
SERIOUSLY the best service is right here. The staff are super friendly, considerate, and they can explain stuff that actually makes sense. They don't jerk you around and are VERY FAIR!! THA has a lifelong customer from now on.
They have worked on multiple vehicles of ours. Fixed the transmission on my f150. They’ve done oil changes, brakes, etc. They do great work you can trust. Exceptional customer service!
Brought my suv in for repairs and everything was done very well and in a timely manner. They are very honest, my original quote was higher due to them thinking they would need more labor hours on it, but when it came time to pay they told me they didn't use all the time they needed and lowered my price. Very honest and reliable mechanics, will only bring my vehicle here from now on. Highly recommend.
This shop was honest and did a great job. I’ve never received regular text updates from a shop before and Amie was in constant communication as this was our only car. Was a blessing! They even arranged free transportation to and from the shop since we didn’t have a backup. We had suspension work done since our steering was very bad in our 2018 Chevy Equinox. We got the work done at a reasonable price and they even removed a service off the invoice they initially recommended saying we ended up not needing it. Highly recommend!

I found Team Hoover last year after my trustworthy mechanic of many years retired. I went to a local town Facebook page in search of a new one close by. Their name came up over and over again with positive reviews. Gave them a shot and they did not disappoint! I’ve referred a couple of people to them since then and they were just as pleased. Today (6/8/26) I went there because I had a front blinker bulb out and a few questions about why when the whole headlight assembly was replaced recently (not by them). A gentleman in the front office came outside to check it out. He not only told me why, but took the time to educate me on different options for lighting and how it all works. He then points out a small radiator hose leak that can be fixed by just changing out the clamp, which he recommended I do myself due to the ease of it. During our interaction he replaces both front blinker bulbs. The gentleman ended up being the owner, Mike Hoover. Went to settle up and he didn’t charge me a penny, not even for his time. He could’ve easily sent one of his many employees outside with me in this heat to make a quick buck. He chose customer service instead. Kudos to you and your team! Keep up the great work.

Been a die-hard Hoover fan since day one. My whole family and I have been coming here for the past few years anytime one of our cars decides to start acting up. So far we’ve brought in 3 cars total — 2 Toyota Siennas and a Nissan Versa — and every repair has been spot on. Recently, though, one of our Siennas started having solenoid issues and struggled to start. Naturally, this happened right before a wedding trip where we were supposed to drive all the way to South Carolina, so stress levels were HIGH. We brought it back in for a second diagnosis, and Mike immediately knew what the problem was. The second we pulled up, he pounced on that car like a cheetah on a gazelle, sped over to the Toyota dealership to grab the right part, and had us back on the road in no time. Huge thanks to Mike and the whole Hoover team. If I ever have kids, there’s a very real chance they’ll all be named after your staff members.
