Had to leave a 5 star review here. I needed to find a place to work remotely in Sawtelle on a Thursday night. WiFi was good and there were ample outlets. Drink was good and it’s cool that they have board games too, but what stuck out to me was the staff. The manager, Selei, treated an unhoused person with such kindness and grace while also being aware of the patrons and their wellbeing. Handled everything with class. Also they got a great alt rock early 2000s playlist!
The Boba Tea is DELICIOUS! The variety is one of the BEST things about it! But the customer service and friendless is personally my favorite. They are REALLY nice and made me comfortable to ask about different things I wanted to know about regarding the teas and toppings and stuff! 10 out of 10 would recommend you go here!💯👏❤️

I love this bubble tea store for the drinks and ambience (lots of natural light), but more than a month ago the air conditioning (“AC”) broke and the store has been unbearably hot ever since. On one occasion, several customers had to ask to open the front door to let some air in because we were all sweating like pigs in a sauna (it felt like 90 degrees inside), to which we were told that the door had to be kept closed (even though the workers were visibly soaked in sweat). Most of us then packed up and left.
I find it strange that the store owners (knowing that it is summer in Los Angeles) have not fixed the AC in over a month 🧐.
I would rather take my grandkids to Seven Miles around the corner, which doesn’t have quite the same drinks but is considerably more pleasant.

I ordered via Uber Eats the the store staff told me they would not honor the buy one get one deal on uber. What a chaotic management and bad attitude from staff. Stay away!

Ordered ahead because I was in a rush. Added honey boba to my drink which is clearly stated on the label and they didn’t put any in and I didn’t realize until I took my first sips as I was driving away. The drink it self is pretty good but definitely a bad first experience.

The tea here is really amazing! I love the matcha coffee. They have a lot of different amazing choices.

I ordered mango grapefruit swirl yesterday and, at very beginning, we felt the mango was a little bit bitter, but since, overall, the drink was sweet, we didn’t pay much attention…and the bad thing happened: starting from 2am in the morning, I started to 🤮. Until 9am, I had 4🤮 in total. So, food poisoning, for sure.
I had to cancel all trip plans today and stayed at hotel.
Just be careful when you want to try the drink in this store. I know it has 4.8/5, but what I got me into?

I thought the Vietnamese was going to kill me. Im someone who can handle high amounts of caffeine but I felt like I was drugged up after drinking it. Also it was too overloaded with sugar. CAUTION.
