I know I had a broken hinge mechanism, but was worried the laptop itself was damaged as computer screen stayed black even when powered on. When I was contacted that it was ready for pickup, not only was the staff as pleasant as when I dropped it off, but before I paid and left we verified my laptop was in perfect condition. Btw, price quoted, was price paid. No surprise add ons. Will definitely go to them again with any computer issues.
