I had car troubles while traveling from out-of-town. Josh worked me in and got my car repaired while I was staying in Raleigh, so that I could get back home to Ohio. I highly recommend them.

My husband has a 25 year old Dodge Dakota that he loves!! We are in our late 70's but Josh is always patient and friendly when talking to us. We had the truck brakes done plus other maintenance to make it safe to drive. Been taking our business to them for over 30 years.
Service has always been great. They suggest fixes, but aren't pushy about it. Really nice people and I always feel well taken care of. This is my regular repair shop for my new and older vehicles.

Crazy good customer service. One of the only shops I could get to work on my 1984 caddy. They have also done work on my work van. Highly recommended.

I've been going to TECHNI-QUEST for years for my oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other routine maintenance, and I've always had a great experience. I especially want to give a shout-out to Tyler at the front desk. I had my routine service done yesterday, and everything was quick, smooth, and easy. As a younger woman, going to a car shop can sometimes feel intimidating, but I've never felt that way here. Tyler always takes the time to explain what they're doing, walks me through any recommendations for future maintenance, and answers all of my questions with kindness and respect. I really appreciate the little things too, like turning his computer screen so I can see exactly what he's talking about. He never makes me feel like my questions are silly; just informed and taken seriously. It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend TECHNI-QUEST!
Honest, trustworthy, high quality mechanics. Been coming here for years. They do all the work on mine and my wife’s Lexus’s. They do all of our Lexus maintenance services. Great guys! My understanding is that they also have one of the best alignment shops in Cary. 6/4/26 Just had a big job done on my wife’s Lexus SUV. They had to take the whole dash out to replace some actuator motors in the HVAC control box that is between the dash and the engine. A big job done well and in a reasonable period of time and price. We had to choose between Techni-Quest and the Lexus dealer and we are glad we chose the skilled and knowledgeable mechanics at Techni-Quest. We saved money also. Thank you!
