The touchscreen worked when it wanted to, but the display itself was fine. I had honestly never heard of Techy before. I saw them inside Walmart and was definitely skeptical. Handing over an iPad to a company I'd never heard of and hoping I'd get it back in better condition than I brought it in? Yeah...I wasn't completely sold. 😂 But rather than spending $$$$ on a new iPad, I figured I'd take the gamble. They told me about 35–40 minutes for the screen repair. About 35 minutes later: DONE. Screen replaced, everything works, and the iPad is good as new. My skepticism was completely unwarranted, and I saved myself the cost of replacing an otherwise perfectly good iPad. Great experience. Thank you!
