Exceptional price, quality and value. Rented 1/8 violin and they were very helpful- quality is surprisingly refined for a $20 rental, but they do charge $10 repair and maint fee for a total of $33 with tax so overall still very good monthly rental price. Highly recommend.

The service is excellent and if they don't have something they are happy to get it transferred from another store. We were there for a tux shirt for band and they were great. Update April 2026..Went in for a couple of different items and they were again helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

The staff here are really nice and helpful! I needed a small replacement part for my saxophone that they didn’t have in stock and they helped me find the part and ordered it. It was bit of an obscure ask but they were able to help me 😁

This shop has a fantastic staff—everyone here is super friendly and always willing to help. They keep a good stock of items, and if something isn’t available, they can easily order from different locations, which is really convenient. The store is nestled in the University District, making it easily accessible for students.
The only downside is that their instrumental repair services tend to be on the pricier side. While they do quality work, there are definitely more budget-friendly repair options elsewhere. That being said, if you’re looking for great service and convenience, this is a solid spot to check out!
