Customers frequently praise the friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and online booking options. Reviews highlight the team's patience with nervous or unruly dogs and the quality of grooming services like nail trims and mat removal. However, several low-star reviews cite concerns about upcharges for difficult pets, inadequate communication regarding minor injuries, and perceived dishonesty about the need for flea treatments or shaves.

I’ve been using Tegs for a few years now and both of my little doodles get groomed here and see Savanna. She is the absolute best and truly cares about my babies. They love going here and I couldn’t be more thankful to have a place my girls love and aren’t scared of! 100/10 recommend!

My big strong dog hates his paws touched or his nails trimmed. The people at Teg's were not phased at all. It took 2 of them to trim them because he is such a big baby and would not hold still for the life of him, and they did a fantastic job. Their patience calmed me down because he had me stressed to even take him. Thank you!!

This place is outstanding for taking care of our pets! Top notch in their field and very good with customer service skills. I am VERY particular with choosing a dog groomer and Teg's satisfies all of my standards for dog care.
