I wanted to share my experience with Tejas Aesthetics because finding an injector who truly listens, takes their time, and knows how to navigate unique situations is so important.
After having my son, I went in to have my lips treated and quickly realized that my anatomy had changed. My filler wasn’t holding the way it had previously, and achieving the look I was accustomed to felt nearly impossible. It was honestly a frustrating experience, and I felt like I was being a particularly challenging client.
Emma, the owner of Tejas Aesthetics, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and determined to understand what was happening rather than simply trying to add more filler. She took the time to educate me, assess my anatomy, and use the appropriate tools and techniques to create a result that worked beautifully for me.
What impressed me most was that she never made me feel like my situation was “too difficult.” Instead, she embraced the challenge and showed genuine confidence, skill, and care throughout the entire process.
I absolutely love my lips and couldn’t be happier with my results. 🤍
Having an honest injector who prioritizes education, safety, individualized treatment, and beautiful, natural-looking results makes all the difference. Emma turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that I genuinely enjoyed.

Emma is great! I had a follow up for my Botox and lip filler and she added adjustments to areas of concerns no questions asked. Kind staff, knowledgeable injectors, and great ambience!
This was my first time visiting Tejas, and everyone was so welcoming and nice! Ally also did such a great job! She constantly checked on me as I was going through the facial and peel to make sure I was comfortable. My skin reacted great to it and there was no pain at all. I really recommend them as they helped me leave feeling amazing about myself!!

I have never had any type of filler or injections. I researched online and instantly decided Emma is who I wanted to put my trust in. The process was so easy, she is very humble and explains the entire process in depth. Emma did the nerve block and when I tell you I felt absolutely NOTHING and the lip fillers are completely painless I mean it.
