Tello Stone Work & Concrete did an incredible job installing the exterior stone wainscoting on our shop. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and the team was reliable, efficient, and great to work with. The shop looks amazing—highly recommend them for any stone or concrete project!

Hector Tello and his crew with Tello Stone Work did an excellent job on several major parts of our home build, including the dirt work, foundation, shop pad, front rockwork, and retaining wall. Hector is a genuinely nice guy, easy to work with, and communicated well throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend Hector and his team.

Hector Decided not to finish our Fireplace while under contract and paid. He Left us Stranded and no reason to stop work was provided. Just stopped showing up. Update/Clarification and my response to their reply: One question Tello Stone Work & Concrete has still not answered is why they chose to stop working and refused to complete the signed contract after the damaged hearth slab issue was raised and after Hector had agreed the damaged slab would be replaced. The project was under contract, the remaining scope included stucco, finishing, touch-ups, and cleanup, and I was left to hire another company to complete/correct the work. In regards to your response on my review: Thank you for the response. To clarify, Tello Stone Work & Concrete did not offer an unconditional full refund. Tello stated it would only refund my $1,800 deposit if I allowed Tello to remove/demolish the installed stone/materials from my fireplace. I did not agree to that because removal of the installed hearth stone/slabs could cause additional damage to the existing fireplace structure, and any future correction/removal work will be handled by another company of my choosing. This project was under a signed contract that included stonework, stucco application, mantle/hearth detailing, finishing, final touch-ups, and cleanup. Tello Stone Work & Concrete chose not to complete the signed contract and left the project unfinished. As a result, I was left out my $1,800 deposit, with incomplete stucco work, unfinished cleanup, damaged/problematic hearth slabs, and the added cost and burden of hiring another contractor to complete/correct the work. My concerns are not about natural stone color variation, veining, shading, or normal imperfections. My concerns involve damaged installed hearth slabs, poor cuts/joints, a visible chip filled with mortar, gouges/scrapes, incomplete contracted stucco work, incomplete cleanup, and Tello Stone Work & Concrete’s decision not to complete the signed contract. Yes, I complimented the early stonework before the damage/correction issues developed. That does not change the fact that the project was left incomplete and the refund was later conditioned on allowing removal of installed materials. I have the signed contract, photos, emails, and text messages documenting my experience.

Tello installed a brick wainscot on our metal building. The work was done fast and clean. Jose was considerate of our property. I am pleased with the service and fair price.

The crew had to deal with all the rain. They were here as often as they could. Cleaned up everyday they were here and were very courteous. So much work! The walls look wonderful and have enabled me to get down to the lower level.

Hector and his team built a beautiful retaining wall and stone columns around our porch cedar posts. The project was completed within 2 days including leaving our job site clean. I would use Tello Stone again!
