Above and beyond, exceptional and compassionate — this describes my recent experience with Temecula Executive Limousine Service. I have used their services before and each time I come away feeling taken care of thanks to Tim. When the day came to ride to the airport, my father suffered a medical emergency right when our driver Paul was arriving. Paul helped my family by staying with them and remained calm until the ambulance arrived. In addition, Tim followed up with me afterwards to check on my family. He generously refunded the trip that my family was not able to make. I would use this service again as Tim and his crew provide exceptional customer care, safety and kindness.

Tim was awesome to work with! We had a super last-minute request for two rides for a group of 16 for a wedding—one that night and another the following night. Tim gave me a great quote over the phone and made the whole booking process quick and easy.
He was right on time, let us play our own music, and made sure our whole group got to our events without any issues. Everything went smoothly, and it was one less thing we had to worry about during a busy wedding weekend.
