Window hardware replacement for a single hung window with the shutters on. A lot of window companies will actually pass up on window balance replacement because of shutters. I personally mastered moving the sash in a way that the shutters will not be a problem. The Simmons family received one set of window balances for a single hung window and now it's moving to its original condition. Thank you Simmons family of Temecula. Temecula window repair
