I purchased a new heat exchanger and furnace from Temperature-Control about two years ago. About a week ago my AC stopped working. I called them at 6::00 PM and reported the problem. Their technician, Jeff Elrod, arrived two hours later, at 8:00 PM. He checked the entre system and diagnosed the problem, and a half-hour later the AC was working fine again. This experience can only be described as outstanding customer service and a very competent technician. I would strongly recommend anyone to Temperature-Control.

Great experience with this company they will get all my hvac and plumbing business in the future. Carlos was awesome he showed up sooner than expected, diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. He explained everything clearly and gave me several options. Well done!👍

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Isailan (Izzy). I can happily report that his excellent reviews and ratings are justified. He is pleasant, competent, and best of all, answered all of my stupid questions about my HVAC System. He did so with kindness, and explained things multiple times when necessary. As a first-time homeowner, I was grateful that he took the time to explain my system to me. And I trust him.

We had all new vents installed throughout the house. Our aeroseal technician was excellent. Respectful and very knowledgeable.

Robert and Ryan from Temperature Control installed our new Trane HVAC system today. They were both clean, personable and polite. Very efficient service today with good clean-up and disposal of old system and trash. They appeared to work very well as a team. Robert was good about explaining things and showed the basics of our new Trane thermostat. Thank you for your excellent service!
