Not a great experience with this company:( The Tech went on and on about how old my system is. Yeah, I know it’s also a Rudd and they’re very well built. Good thing I know that I guess. Then the tech went on and on about how dirty everything is yes I know that’s probably why the motor is going out good thing I know about that too. Then the Tech quoted me $1900 to replace the motor and $450 to clean everything? Then he went on and on about how he’s going to have to look all over the place to get that motor. No you’re not I can tell you where to get one right now for $400 because you can use the universal motor in fact that’s what most Techs use in Tucson. Man, it’s really good. I did some research. I would’ve really gotten taken advantage of here so over $2300 to replace the motor? Seriously of course I called another company right away. That’s actually known for their honesty and that guy tried to clean it out so that maybe it would still work but no had to put in a new motor and get everything cleaned in there of course $1100 seriously you guys I got another quote right away for less than half? You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly talk about price gouging. Here’s your hundred dollars to come look at it. I’ll be talking about you in the community. I work with a lot of homeowners.

What an incredible team from start to finish. First, Jeff, our sales rep, was one of the calmest and most informative designers we've ever met. He took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and we were very specific. He was never pushy, always calm, and pleasant the entire time we worked with him. He presented two options, and we chose to replace our 30+-year-old 5-ton gas package unit with two Trane XV20i 3-ton heat pump systems. This was a complete rip-and-replace: the original 1972 ductwork came out, and our evaporative cooler was removed as well. This is where it gets special. Claudio and Emi, you cannot find workmanship like this anymore. The whole team worked in a very hot attic installing all-new duct runs, two air handlers, and all the details that go into such a complicated setup. Claudio never hesitated to answer our questions. Even when we felt bad asking while they were working in that heat, he was so kind and pleasant to talk with. We never felt like we couldn't ask a question. Michael, their dedicated electrician, did fantastic work on all the new electrical runs to the condensers and air handlers, with proper disconnects, everything mounted tight and run right. Robert and his teammate worked together seamlessly as well. Again, this was not an easy job, and I can't stress enough how special it was to work with this team. One more shout-out to Claudio: we are so thankful.

I had an issue with a Lennox A/C unit that came with our recently purchased house. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the Lennox units and verified it was working properly. He also confirmed the settings were correct on three Lennox S30 thermostats. It is a such pleasure to pay for quality service when a technician is as skilled and personable as Jeremy. Temperature Control did a great job installing a new HVAC system at my old house - happy to say the service is still excellent.

Had Temperature control Inc come out today to perform an inspection on our commercial building, and I was very impressed with the service. John Mancini did a great job and was thorough from start to finish. He inspected all of the cleanouts, bathrooms, water heater, backflow system, and pressure regulator. He took the time to check everything properly and made sure we understood what he was looking at. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate the great work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services!
