I have an old finicky car that I will only take to Tenleytown Automotive. I love the professional, common sense approach, good advice, the lack of hard sell on unnecessary repairs, the reasonable price and friendly service.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mike and team were honest, communicative and ensured all repairs were taken care of before I picked up my vehicle. The report was transparent and clearly identified what needed to be fixed immediately. Pricing was given inclusive of labor, taxes and fees.

I had a flat tire and a broken windshield after someone attempted to break into my car with me in it, so I was already dealing with a stressful situation. I didn’t have a spare tire at the time, so I went to Tenleytown Automotive in Washington, DC, to see if they could help.<br>As soon as I arrived, Alex came out, asked what was going on, and had my car checked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific tire size I needed. Instead of simply turning me away, they allowed me to leave my car there while I went to purchase the correct tire and assured me they would put it on when I returned.<br><br>When I came back, they had the tire installed in about 15 minutes. Even more impressively, they were kind enough to allow my windshield replacement technician to come to their location and repair my windshield at the same time. Everything came together so smoothly, and within about 20 minutes, both my tire and windshield were taken care of.<br><br>Phil also came out, introduced himself, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate the entire team for finding a solution when they could have easily turned me away because they didn’t have my tire size. Their willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.<br><br>Everyone was professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I’m extremely grateful for their understanding, their time, and their willingness to help me when I really needed it.<br><br>I highly recommend Tenleytown Automotive. Five stars all around! Thank you so much to Alex, Phil, and the entire team for going above and beyond. You guys are awesome!
