Phil is by far the best pest control technician in all of Oakland or even the east Bay for that matter. He just happens to work with the best property managers Julie and Marjorie. Phil time and time again does right by us and we rely on him to keep our units safe and free from Pests!
Phil does a fantastic job going though our warehouse checking all the traps and reporting back to us what/if there are any issues. He is always willing to check out any other pest issues we may think is happening here. Phil is the best we would recommend him to anyone.
