Woodley came to do our routine maintenance and he went above and beyond to help get all of our concerns dealt with, especially a fire ant problem. Really like working with Terminix because even though they’re corporate their customer service feels like a small business.

Worst mosquito treatment EVER! It's a complete waste of money for the service you get, and it's very expensive on top of that.
Other companies that we have used in the past, in our homes, have always treated the entire yard for mosquitoes, including shrubbery, garden beds, grassy lawns, etc. They also used multiple techniques at once: granules, sprays, and leaving degrading blocks in planters that hold water. Terminix is the first one ever that will only spray for mosquitoes within 2 to 3 feet around the perimeter of the house, and nowhere else. How is that effective? How can you charge so much money for doing barely nothing??? What a complete ripoff! Terminix should be ashamed itself.

Devon Bass is the best. He always explains what he’s doing and why. He is very thorough and always on time. I know with Devon treating my home I will not have any bug issues.

I have called to schedule an appointment 3 separate times. No one showed. I called yesterday an hour before scheduled time to be sure someone would be coming out and still no one showed. I can’t even get an inspection to start service it’s ridiculous. I’ll just find another company.

if I could give a score of ZERO, I would!!! I have had a Termite Bond with terminix for 31 years. they used to be good, but are now DEPLORABLE! today is 10?08/2026 and NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP for my Annual Termite Inspection again!! This is the 4th time since JULY. YES, I have been asking for an appointment since JULY. I was told I had an appointment Monday, No One showed up. I was told I had an appt yesterday, No One showed up. I was told I had an appt today, of course, NO ONE showed up. No one showed up in August . I did have someone come in September, but it was to solicit a Pest Control Service contract, even though I have Specifically & Repeatedly said every time, I need my TERMITE BAIT STATIONS CHECKED. My Annual fee is $386.51, it has INCREASED almost $100 in the past 5 years. I can NOT pay my fee until I get the ONE inspection I ask for EVERY year before I pay my invoice. Yes, they come out ONE time a year for almost $400. I have begged & pleaded for my inspection. RENTOKILL has destroyed what used to be a good company.
