We paid them $1475, termite prevention. What we thought we were signing was a receipt for the payment for the service. Well it wasn't. It was for them to take $113.00 a month, for doing absolutely nothing. We called them to find out what the $113.00 a month was for. If we had known, we would of never signed a contract for that amount of money a month. Their technician, Robert Walker never said a thing, just sign here on his ipad. Never saw a contract, didn't even know one existed. Shady practices, don't tell the customer they are signing a year contract. If you have to hide things from customers and lie, you should be shut down permanently. Lie, lie and lie to customers. Stay clear from that company.
In response to the owner: These kind of tactics to get customers, is the kind for comsumer affairs, Florida Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection Division) since not a thing was said about signing a contract. And your technician knew it.

Joshua our technician communicates great ever time he comes, we have 3 dogs so it’s nice to get a heads up and he does a great service on our home. We’ve had 3 treatments now and I am very pleased with the decrease bug activity. Living on a lake allows a lot of bugs and it’s nice to see less.

Technician David Bass does a great job with quarterly pest control. However Prices continue to increase every year and should be discounted for a customer like me with 4 service agreements; 22 years as a customer paying out over $35,000 to Terminix for services and being a retired Army veteran. I have asked for this bundling consideration in past reviews without any action being taken by Terminix. Otherwise no complaints.

Terminix is my service provider for both quarterly pest control and annual termite inspection. My technician is David Bass. I truly think he is one of the best in the business. He catches and treats small things that I had not even noticed - I think that is why I never have any issues! I highly recommend him - polite, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious!!
