⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience with Terminix Around May 14, 2026, I signed a $2,550 wildlife exclusion contract with Terminix after an inspection by Jeremiah. Technician James Flores Jr. performed the work, but multiple openings were left unsecured, raccoons continued accessing my home, and newly installed vents were damaged. Despite these issues, Terminix marked the job as completed. On May 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM, manager Allen was scheduled to visit my property but was a complete no-call, no-show. Communication was terrible, technicians arrived without proper notice or equipment, and traps were removed without my knowledge. When I requested a refund, Allen told me he had nothing to do with refunds. Yet, the very next day, he called questioning why I disputed the charge with my bank. How can you claim refunds aren't your responsibility but suddenly become involved when a customer disputes a charge? After a few weeks of frustration, Terminix eventually returned to correct the work at no additional charge. However, that does not excuse the poor workmanship, missed appointments, and lack of accountability. My bank ultimately returned the disputed $2,550 to Terminix, and I am still requesting a reasonable $1,200 partial refund. More recently, Allen called me again without leaving a voicemail or explaining the purpose of his call. Given my previous experience and the unresolved dispute, I found this contact inappropriate and concerning. I have no idea why he was contacting me. I Blocked most of his Number. B Paying $2,550 should not mean chasing a company to complete the job correctly. Extremely disappointing customer service and management. I would not recommend Terminix.
