Customers frequently praise technicians for punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication regarding pest identification and prevention. Recurring themes include professional conduct, helpful explanations during inspections, and fair pricing for services like termite treatment and mosquito control. However, low-star reviews cite high costs, difficulty scheduling appointments, and unresponsive customer service as significant concerns, with some alleging staff misconduct or ineffective resolution of ongoing pest issues.
