Customers frequently praise Terminix technicians for their thoroughness, professionalism, and clear communication regarding pest treatments and inspections. Positive reviews highlight effective service for termites and other insects, along with consistent scheduling and helpful explanations. However, several low-star reviews criticize the company for unprofessional behavior, missed appointments, and poor follow-up on wildlife exclusion or fumigation issues, noting a lack of accountability when problems persist.
