I'm not going to lie the first guy they sent out was meh. But Brandon knows his way around killing a bug. He excelled went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with what he provided and anytime I had a question he answered right away. If I were just raiding terminix four stars, but Brandon got him up to five. Do I recommend using terminix? If you have a bug problem, yes I do but I also recommend request Brandon! He didn't leave any messes that we had to clean up. He closed Gates behind him. He made sure that my pets were in a safe place before he started spraying. All of these things while small are huge to me.

Lucas has been my Terminix technician for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He consistently goes above and beyond, whether it’s pest control, mosquito treatments, or taking down spider webs and beehives around my home. He’s thorough, professional, friendly, and always on time. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. If you’re in Broomfield and get the chance to work with Lucas at Terminix, I highly recommend him. He delivers a 10 out of 10 experience every single visit.

We scheduled an inspection online and received a confirmation email saying a technician would arrive within a 2 hour window. No one ever showed up so we called the company and they said they didn’t see our appointment anywhere and when they called the technician he didn’t answer. They rescheduled us for the next day and the same thing happened, no show and they couldn’t reach the technician. They only offered to reschedule us again but it would just be more of our time wasted. Whoever the technician is should be fired because how do you just not show up or call or answer your own company’s call? We’ll never use or recommend Terminx to anyone.
