What do you need done?

Chris does an excellent job for us. I would trust him to treat even the inside of I wasn't there. Very courteous and truly cares about what he does and his client. We highly recommend him. I've turned down others that were cheaper because we trust him!

Our Regular Tech(Rashard)is so a Nice Young Man and does a Really Good Job!!

Dave C was out today for our outside treatment. He was very friendly, informative and thorough with outdoor treatment. Had the opportunity to speak with Angel your admin and she’s one of the best ones there.

I appreciate to open and honest feedback and discussion. I like having a seasoned inspector looking under my house, not the "one-hit-wonders" that I've had since John Woodall retired. I hope you continue to provide our service in the future!

Both the salesman and the technician were very nice and informative. I feel that the service was well worth the cost.

Very pleased with their timeliness and friendlyness

The jury is still out. More to come later this week, maybe.

In large part I’m pleased. A WDI inspection was completed and the tech kept the key, delaying the house appraisal. To their credit, they owned up to the error and are correcting it in short order. That goes a long way with me.., Update. 9/1/23- Despite having promised a return of the house key, it was not there…

We're still seeing bugs. An appointment to re-treat was canceled and we're still waiting for it to be rescheduled.

Professional and courteous

Very professional young man and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could expect with the service that was provided to my home.

They did an awesome job and was able to explain the process to us step by step. They prices were higher than the company we have used in the past. However, I felt like the old company was putting a bandaid on the problem versus Terminex coming out and taking care of the problem. They were very professional and…

Excellent service, Christopher R., our tech is excellent at his job. Highly recommend!

Too soon to tell 100% quality or responsiveness. Wonderful to receive a free inspection. I have only had one service completed so far.

I was sent a bill for an amount, which I paid. I then received the paid receipt and also two copies of a work order, which was never done. I called and the woman said it was a mistake and she would have the manager call me back. He did and he told me that this was nothing sent out to me saying the work was done.…
