Is Terminix any good?

Chris does an excellent job for us. I would trust him to treat even the inside of I wasn't there. Very courteous and truly cares about what he does and his client. We highly recommend him. I've turned down others that were cheaper because we trust him!

Prompt service. Tech explained chemical she was using and answered all questions. Great company to work with!

Dave Colwell is always pleasant and professional when he’s here to service our property. He is a great representative for TERMINIX.

We have dealt with Terminix for over 30 years. Christopher is always pleasant, professional and personable.

The communication with this company leaves much to be desired. They have reps come out and provide inaccurate service details. Also, my follow up visits were inconsistent or non existent. I had to call repeatedly and speak with a manager to get things scheduled, and even then there was a problem.

Dave has been such a big help to us with our pest control!

Grant performed an excellent inspection of our 2 crawl space areas.

Ryan, out of the Smithfield office, just left our home and I must say, he listens to the concerns and accomplishes the tasks that need done to give me peace of mind. He is super friendly and very professional!

Jeff is our Terminix guy, and he is awesome. He is really knowledgeable and patient. Jeff is the reason why we will continue working with Terminix. Thanks, Jeff!

Excellent Service from our technician today!

Ryan from the Smithfield office came out to spray this morning. He was very kind and professional. He explained everything he did on the inside and outside and the service was done quickly. We will continue to use the Terminix service. Thanks Ryan!

Dave did a very thorough exceptional job. He hit the perimeter, all the doors, and rooms in the house. Along with the perimeter, garage, and knocking down spider webs. I’m very happy with my service. He is a consummate professional and really knows his craft and explained it well. I look forward to my next service.

When I signed up for service, I specifically requested that the technician call before arriving so I could bring my dogs inside. That request was not honored. On the day of my first scheduled treatment, I received no call. I only became aware someone was on my property when I heard my dogs barking. When I went…
