Chris does an excellent job for us. I would trust him to treat even the inside of I wasn't there. Very courteous and truly cares about what he does and his client. We highly recommend him. I've turned down others that were cheaper because we trust him!

We have dealt with Terminix for over 30 years. Christopher is always pleasant, professional and personable.
The communication with this company leaves much to be desired. They have reps come out and provide inaccurate service details. Also, my follow up visits were inconsistent or non existent. I had to call repeatedly and speak with a manager to get things scheduled, and even then there was a problem.

Very professional young man and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could expect with the service that was provided to my home.
They did an awesome job and was able to explain the process to us step by step. They prices were higher than the company we have used in the past. However, I felt like the old company was putting a bandaid on the problem versus Terminex coming out and taking care of the problem. They were very professional and worth every dime spent.
