Dave did an excellent job, and always explains what he's found, or in this case, not found.
The communication with this company leaves much to be desired. They have reps come out and provide inaccurate service details. Also, my follow up visits were inconsistent or non existent. I had to call repeatedly and speak with a manager to get things scheduled, and even then there was a problem.
