Chris does an excellent job for us. I would trust him to treat even the inside of I wasn't there. Very courteous and truly cares about what he does and his client. We highly recommend him. I've turned down others that were cheaper because we trust him!

In large part I’m pleased. A WDI inspection was completed and the tech kept the key, delaying the house appraisal. To their credit, they owned up to the error and are correcting it in short order. We're still seeing bugs. An appointment to re-treat was canceled and we're still waiting for it to be rescheduled.
Professional and courteous
Very professional young man and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could expect with the service that was provided to my home.
They did an awesome job and was able to explain the process to us step by step. They prices were higher than the company we have used in the past. However, I felt like the old company was putting a bandaid on the problem versus Terminex coming out and taking care of the problem. They were very professional and worth every dime spent.
Found a small pipe leak.
