Absolutely great experience with this shop. I brought them a custom exhaust job on a piece of equipment and they had me in and out in under an hour. They repaired the broken support bracket, ran the new exhaust exactly where I wanted it, and did clean, quality work. The entire staff was awesome—friendly, easy to…
I went in for some exhaust work without an appointment. They scheduled me for later in the day, but ended up contacting me when there was a cancellation. The mechanic did a great job explaining the work and completed it quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and a restroom was available. Terminue did a great job…
Terminue has always been honest and fair in pricing with all of our family members for many years. Today I needed to know our brakes were in good shape for an important trip. They checked all brakes, and have the whole vehicle a safety check ✅ And put me back on the road with the Kidneys for Kids Equinox at no…
I recently took my car to Terminue thinking I just needed a simple alignment, but it ended up needing quite a bit more work, including a control arm and CV joint. I took my car in on a Tuesday and They were able to get me in quickly by Thursday, which I really appreciated. There was a mix-up with a part being…
The people are always really nice. It's also the cheapest place ever for an oil change. My 2025 Equinox needs OW20 Full Synthetic Dexos and an oil change with a filter out the door was $50.22. You can't beat it! I just got an oil change and I was in and out in 20 mins. I've spent wayyy more time and money at those…
Don't take any of your vehicles to this muffler shop. I took my car in with no problems, I just wanted to make it louder, they asked me what I wanted done to it and I told the guy I wanted it louder, im not a muffler expert, so he did some work on it and it came out rattling and my car wasn't running right after…

Quick muffler work and great service 10/10

The entire staff was awesome—friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the job done right. It’s hard to beat that kind of service, especially on a custom job that isn’t your typical everyday exhaust work. Great people, great work, and an incredibly fast turnaround. I’ll definitely be coming back for more work in the future. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough good things about them.

Zero stars....So took my vehicle in For exhaust repair . Small leak in exhaust pipe was all that was wrong 1 foot piece needed to be cut out and new piece put in very simple fix i requested that's what I would like done ...Instead I was quoted 900 dollars and that they Would not do the simple easy fix on my 2009 because he didn't want to . They wanted to replace parts that are fine I took my vehicle to another certified mechanic shop and job was completed for 197 dollars ..good to go . I simply asked the owner of Terminue why they advised me to replace it all when it was not needed ...he had no answer other than nope not going to do it .Now imagine it's your 82 year old Mother ...they would have scammed her out of 600 dollars and replaced parts that did not need replacing. It's not just these guys either Tuffy quoted me 1100 dollars..and same answer from them too and I guarantee 9 out of 10 shops would scam ya as well. Just imagine how many people are getting screwed every day . They all have the same answer ..well sir we know that that we could fix it your way and it would work and be fine and legal but what we only put full new exhaust systems on ..we'll shoot i might as well just get a brand new car RIGHT gotta make sure it's all good Right Because ya care and want my almost 20 year old vehicle to be perfect Right ...see that's the fix sir ...but can't we just remove the bad 12 inch portion ...we'll yes sir we can but we won't do that ...but I can't afford 800 bucks I can afford 200 ...Sir ..sir we don't care don't you know it is all about WHAT WE WANT ..ya but I can't afford what you want ..Sir we don't care we know we can fix it your way for 200 bucks and it will be fine we just won't so go kick rocks . Great business model well done Terminue...
I recently took my car to Terminue thinking I just needed a simple alignment, but it ended up needing quite a bit more work, including a control arm and CV joint. I took my car in on a Tuesday and They were able to get me in quickly by Thursday, which I really appreciated. There was a mix-up with a part being ordered incorrectly at first, but Doug handled it right away, sourced the correct part from a different vendor, and made sure everything was taken care of. Even though the correct part ended up costing more than expected, he gave me a discount and made things right without hesitation. Overall, they were fast, honest, reasonably priced, and did great quality work. It’s hard to find a shop that communicates well and stands behind their service, and they definitely do. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy auto repairs.
The people are always really nice. It's also the cheapest place ever for an oil change. My 2025 Equinox needs OW20 Full Synthetic Dexos and an oil change with a filter out the door was $50.22. You can't beat it! I just got an oil change and I was in and out in 20 mins. I've spent wayyy more time and money at those instant oil places where they're trying to up charge for any and everything. And an oil change for $130, they can eat my azz. 😂
Honest and upfront. Excellent mechanics.

They wouldn't fix it and I payed 281 before they showed me my car and wouldn't give me my money back go to muffler man stay away from this place
