Terrapin electric, want me to foot the bill for renting a High-reach equipment to make warranty repairs. Said they would replace LED bulb or make repairs necessary. 8 months age we paid $2,300. to install lights.

I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. After receiving and immediately approving their quote to diagnose an electrical issue, the technician arrived but was unable to identify the problem. After only a couple of hours, they left to attend another job without a resolution. Rather than scheduling a follow-up to finish the diagnostic, they simply instructed us to contact them again if we wanted them to return. Given this lack of accountability and follow-through, I cannot recommend their services.

He took the time to explain the principles behind the cause of the issue and as a new homeowner this was much appreciated. :) The quoted price was very reasonable and he was able to repair the outlets then and there, also replacing a lightbulb in my high-ceiling stairwell that I wouldn’t have been able to replace on my own. Would absolutely hire Terrapin and Al Sayel again for future repairs/projects!
