Jose is amazing. Went above and beyond. Very professional and explained everything.
Friendly, efficient and thorough.
Big FAN of David! ;) The dads will get that. He was honest, straightforward, understanding, and delightful to have in my home. Oh, and he was helpful with providing solutions and got things working for me.
Frank and Jesus came to our house to adjust our new air-conditioning systems. They were knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Very pleased!
Jose did a great job. Friendly, showed me photos of work performed outside, made recommendations to extend active life of equipment. We have had their twice-a-year maintenance plan for several years and are very satisfied.
Carlos, Roy, and Manuel were professional and courteous.
Frank did a great job of quickly assessing the problem, being clear and upfront about pricing, and shared a desire to do a good job and be a trusted long term partner.
Carlos and Texas Airzone are EXCELlent. We have been with them for several years and I have zero hesitation recommending them. Today was no exception! The entire staff worked to come to the rescue in 100+ degree heat and we are very grateful!
Outstanding service ... highly competent ...

Jose was amazing! Professional, articulate and an expert in his craft. He explained everything in detail so that I understood exactly what was happening before, during and after. Very impressed! He is a true asset!
I took issue with how a service need was being addressed and to his credit Frank reached out and took over the process. He made sure I was educated as to what the issue was and the plan to correct it. He checked in daily while we waited on the part.
Always appreciate their help. Was just recently serviced by Jose Briones, and he did great. He was helpful, quick, clean, and informed me of everything I should know about my system. I’d recommend TAZ and Jose to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC.
Our technician was Jose Briones , he showed up on time, friendly, knowledgeable, explained/answered all my husband's questions.
David was very professional he arrived on time he was thorough. He gave us a good diagnosis and asked us to get in touch with him to let him know how the AC system is working later in the afternoon. He said the intense heat right now is difficult to totally gauge everything but we should know in a few hours how well system is operating. Job well done.
We have been using Texas Air Zone for the past decade after an extended search to replace a well known vendor who had not done acceptable work. They have always been reliable and have kept our large home in University Park running efficiently. Brett, Armando and a large reliable crew are always responsive to our…
I am in a house that is owned by my family and we have been here since April of 2008. The 2 HVAC units are 32 and 24 years old respectively. I am selling this house at the begiining of 2027 and do not want to sink $15k into a new unit. 4 days ago the upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air. Knowing the units both…
As always Tex AirZone showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and explained a couple of things that I can address in the spring. Edgar explained everything very thoroughly of the repairs that need to be addressed. I renewed my maintenance agreement for both of my units. I would definitely recommend you to my friends. .
Edgar was great very focused hard-working

I started using Texas Air Zone a few years ago for maintenance and repairs. I just had to replace two heating and air conditioning units plus new ductwork. Bryan was great. Explained solutions to our problem. Showed up when he said he would. Snd cleaned up everything. Wonderful experience. New plumbing service is top notch.
Springtime in North Texas is known for large amounts of allergens in the air as plants and trees bud. This week we had Texas Air do major duct cleaning for our house. They put in medical grade filters and ionizing machines. What a difference. It required a full day of work and probably saved us several trips to the…
We have used Texas AirZone extensively for HVAC and now for plumbing as well, now that they offer this! Entire team is so knowledgeable, fair, and professional to work with. We have dealt with our fair share of contractors and these are the best of the best!

Holy crap! Ive had 3 companies come out and look at our AC and each of them told me to basically do a system replacement and that the job to be done was literally impossible. Over several years we've had numerous A/C drain line issues leading to multiple service calls in the middle of the summer. We spent significant money rerouting the lines but continued to have issues. We chose Texas Air Zone as our air conditioning service provider over 15 years ago and have been 100% pleased with the service they have provided over the years. I contacted Texas AirZone based on the reviews of this site. We had a particularly tricky compressor and the team solved it. Great responsiveness, solid pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They don't automatically push for getting a new unit and you feel like you've found your go to provider.
