Accurate diagnostics of the issue, excellent communication, prompt & efficient repair.
Carlos was professional and courteous. He identified there was buildup inside the pvc pipes that was causing the issue. He was able to address the issue and currently, the A/C is back working. Many thanks to Carlos!
As always Tex AirZone showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and explained a couple of things that I can address in the spring. Edgar explained everything very thoroughly of the repairs that need to be addressed. I renewed my maintenance agreement for both of my units. I would definitely recommend you to my friends. .

TX Air Zone responded to a Saturday afternoon call in September when our family room AC stopped working. I had a party planned. The on-call technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it Monday morning.

On Saturday evening I noticed that my inside A/C unit was leaking. Roy was at my house at 9:30am on Sunday and had me quickly back up with cool air.
