I took issue with how a service need was being addressed and to his credit Frank reached out and took over the process. He made sure I was educated as to what the issue was and the plan to correct it. He checked in daily while we waited on the part.
I have used Texas Air Zone for around 10 years. They have replaced my ancient unit, serviced my new unit twice a year since on a service contract. They promptly show up if anything unusual happens and they are very reasonable. Greg has been our technician during that time and just a really nice and knowledgeable…
Always the greatest
Timely, stayed late to fix all our problems.
There is no one better in HVAC than Texas AirZone and Issac - period! As a contractor myself, reliability is the key and they are the best in the business!
I called on Friday, the morning after a holiday. I thought I would be lucky to get someone out by Monday but they had someone at my house that same morning. The technician, Greg, quickly had things working and clearly explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Both technicians I gave dealt with were very…
Jason was great. Tons of help with my system and had great suggestions on how to improve it.
They were great! So nice to have competent, dependable, and professional company!!!
Greg LeCrone is by far, not only the most knowledgeable expert technician, but has the best customer service attitude. He is the very definition of “above and beyond” in all he does. We are very grateful that he is our AC go-to guy.
I have been a customer for 3.5 years and the service is out of the world. Kudos to AC technician Roy Herrera who provided prompt and outstanding service today.
The technician was very knowledgeable answered our question and was on time.
We have been Texas AirZone customers since we bought this house 10 years ago and they always take great care of us. Roy was amazing. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and even made some cost saving tips and suggestions. Our AC is back up and running now.
The only way I could be happier is if I didn't have to call them at all (ha ha). Roy was prompt on my emergency service call and very professional. He answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. He also went above and beyond, not only replacing the furnace fuse (the reason my heater…
Very quick and professional. Clearly explained what he was doing and how he permanently fixed the issue.
On Saturday evening I noticed that my inside A/C unit was leaking. Roy was at my house at 9:30am on Sunday and had me quickly back up with cool air. He also explained the maintenance plan to me and signed me up. I am now confident that my system will be in tip top shape for many years to come. Amazing service all around!
Exceptional service from Frank!
I contacted Texas AirZone based on the reviews of this site. We had a particularly tricky compressor and the team solved it. Great responsiveness, solid pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They don't automatically push for getting a new unit and you feel like you've found your go to provider.
Had my system looked at by numerous companies Texas Air Zone found the refrigerant leak in very little time. The part the evaporator coil was in stock and my repair is already scheduled for this coming Monday. If they get this work done by Monday for the price quoted they will be my new AC vendor and my hero. ;-)
They are very reliable and quick to respond when there is problem. We use their annual service.
Texas AirZone is the best there is! Professional, on-time, honest, and reliable. We are more than satisfied with the work they have done on our HVAC system and will highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Spending money to repair your A/C, a sheer necessity in Texas, is never fun, but Texas AirZone made the experience 100 times better.
Carlos was very prompt & helpful In diagnosing the problem. Carlos was able to clean and repair the unit so that the unit was cooling our house again.
Very personal and professional. Great service too!
We have used Texas AirZone for many years to maintain the old system in our older home. They have responded quickly and always have been able to find a fix to get us up and running at a minimal price. They never once have pressured us to replace the old unit, so when Texas AirZone told us they couldn’t save it this…
we got our a/c and heating system updated about 3 years ago. the new unit is now located in the attic supposed to be more efficient this way. this spring when temps got high the a/c kicked on and it smelled bad like dirty laundry! very unpleasant, called them out and they recommended a treatment they do every 6…
Phenomenal crew. We highly, highly recommend Texas Air Zone. Our AC issue could not be resolved by 3 other companies before we called Texas Air Zone, who spent the time and fixed the problem. Smart people, very thorough.
Once again, Texas AirZone stood behind their work and replaced a recently installed but defective motor at no added expense to me. When the technician could not find the problem, he called in the manager who immediately arrived, the cause of problem diagnosed and the motor replaced. Thank you, Roy, Craig and the in-house Team.
Great customer service and fair. Honest with timing and was quick to assist.
Extremely knowledgeable. Will do business with again. A+++++
TAZ installed two units for us 2 years ago. We had a major water leak/overflow from one of the units. The service man was excellent. He cleared the line. However he had to do a rewire because there should have been an auto shutoff when the water level (in the drain pan) was high. We were charged for diagnostic…
One of my units was leaking freon
I was referred to Texas AirZone by my cousin who has used them for several years in Preston Hollow. They installed a new A/C and heating system in her house and have performed general maintenance for her as well. I’ve been using Texas AirZone exclusively for the last three years and they have never, ever…
Came out 3 hours after I called on a Friday night with 100 degree weather when nobody else would.
They have always been responsive and honest with us. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they have treated them well also.
Great team and they worked quickly and knew exactly what the problem was and got us cooled back down
Speedy, professional and cost effective business! I’d gotten quote from home warranty to replace a damper motor on my split System and not only was Roy diligent in confirming my findings and fairly priced, but he was able to order and install the part next day in less than 30 minutes! Every interaction with their…
Amazing service- after a very long day working for the servicemen, they showed up at 9 pm to keep us from having another hot sleepless night . Will definitely use your services again when necessary! Thank you so much!
Easy and relatively quick reply considering it was the first hot day in Dallas! Professional and easy communication too with the text ability. Our rental house was cooled down by the end of the day!
They techs are always professional & super knowledgeable. They walk you thru every part of what they are doing & why in language you can understand. Friendly techs who are efficient with their time. We get the same tech every time, and he knows our home & HVAC systems like they were his own. Fair pricing, & great customer service with scheduling.
I called to ask for an estimate for a new AC unit based on information from another company. The other company said we needed a new unit and Texas Airzone repaired our existing unit for under $300. It is working great. I have used them in the past as well and found them to be honest, competent, and reasonably priced
None beside... None above... Texas Air Zone is a highly reputable company that has serviced our two-unit house for 10 years. Before finding TAZ we tried multiple companies, all with various issues/concerns ranging from not fixing/catching issues or recommending changes/upgrades that weren't needed to water…
