Big FAN of David! ;) The dads will get that. He was honest, straightforward, understanding, and delightful to have in my home. Oh, and he was helpful with providing solutions and got things working for me.
Job well done 👍
Roy from Tx Air Zone came and repaired our aging AC. He was very professional and courteous. He dealt with us very honestly and I'm very pleased we called this company. We highly recommend this company!
Accurate diagnostics of the issue, excellent communication, prompt & efficient repair.
Carlos was professional and courteous. He identified there was buildup inside the pvc pipes that was causing the issue. He was able to address the issue and currently, the A/C is back working. Many thanks to Carlos!
As always Tex AirZone showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and explained a couple of things that I can address in the spring. Edgar explained everything very thoroughly of the repairs that need to be addressed. I renewed my maintenance agreement for both of my units. I would definitely recommend you to my friends. .
Always the greatest
Texas Air Zone is a great company with great customer service. I always get very knowledgeable technicians but no heavy sales pitches for extra services. Highly recommend this company.
The Technician, Roy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.
UPDATE JUNE 2026: I had an AC issue over three weeks into June, so it was definitely hot outside. I called Texas Air Zone a little before lunch and, although booked for the day, they assured me that they would get a technician out after hours. Roy got here a little before 10 PM and had the problem resolved in…
Edgar came out to help us with our AC on a Saturday in Texas in June. He got us squared away the same day and I couldn’t be happier.
There is no one better in HVAC than Texas AirZone and Issac - period! As a contractor myself, reliability is the key and they are the best in the business!
I had the best experience with Frank and the team at Texas AirZone. I called for an appointment and they were able to come out the very next day. Right on time too! Frank was awesome. He listened to me explain the issue and then explained each issue carefully and thoroughly. I’m a new homeowner and pretty…
We have been customers since 2013 and have always received amazing customer service, technical support and worked with professional technicians who take the time to explain what they’ve done, what needs to be done and why. Reliable and responsive. Would gladly recommend. I also want to take a moment to thank…
Great job. Very nice to work with. 20+ years with your company. Never have been disappointed.. Greg annd crew always do a great job. Texas AirZone always goes over and above to ensure our systems run properly.
I called on Friday, the morning after a holiday. I thought I would be lucky to get someone out by Monday but they had someone at my house that same morning. The technician, Greg, quickly had things working and clearly explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Both technicians I gave dealt with were very…
I do my HVAC maintenance with them and they do a great job. Frank is very professional and looks at everything in detail.
Carlos O. fixed out AC problem in no time! He was very knowledgeable, great and easy to work with. He explained the problem we had with our AC unit, fixed it quickly. We very much recommend Texas AirZone, and Carlos! We are definitely calling them next time we have a problem with our unit.
Texas Airzone has been fast, curious and willing to discuss any repairs needed. Roy and Carlos came out today and finished much faster than I expected and did a great job. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need a/c repair!
Jason was great. Tons of help with my system and had great suggestions on how to improve it.
Greg was very courteous and professional. He came and inspected the unit and had the answer quickly. Good job Texas Air Zone!
Excellent service
Hands down the best service, honest, accountable and super responsive — and in our case after hours when we really needed help. Can’t say enough! Your in good hands with these guys.
We love Texas Air Zone. Our new unit was installed in June and works perfectly. Mario is always great when he comes out to check the system and saved me this morning from a Komodo Dragon! 😀 Our 91 year old neighbor had an a/c issue at 7 pm. The house was over 85 degrees. We called and a technician was there with 30…
Have been using them for years. Great company- trust worthy / good work/ honest / prompt. Frank is the man.
TX Air Zone responded to a Saturday afternoon call in September when our family room AC stopped working. I had a party planned. The on-call technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it Monday morning.
Excellent service would highly recommend.
Easy to book an appointment that wasn’t an emergency. Arrived when expected. The technician was professional and thoughtful. I would recommend this company.
Have been using Texas Air Zone for years now, they are very honest and always show up on time and have been able to see us in a pinch when we lost heat.
The team at Texas air zone always does a great job! They are professional timely and trustworthy and they always act in their customer’s best interest.
Texas Airzone has been keeping watch over our residential heating and cooling system for over 5 years. The technicians have always been thorough in their explanation of preventive service reports. Any recommendations are prioritized for severity and urgency. Roy has been our technician for the last 2 years and…
Great service. Great company!
excellent people and service
We have been Texas AirZone customers since we bought this house 10 years ago and they always take great care of us. Roy was amazing. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and even made some cost saving tips and suggestions. Our AC is back up and running now.
We chose Texas Air Zone as our air conditioning service provider over 15 years ago and have been 100% pleased with the service they have provided over the years. At our previous home they installed new units (both conventional units and mini-splits), replaced ductwork, and kept ancient units running well far longer…
Fast and friendly Service. Very professional. Will definitely use again.
On Saturday evening I noticed that my inside A/C unit was leaking. Roy was at my house at 9:30am on Sunday and had me quickly back up with cool air. He also explained the maintenance plan to me and signed me up. I am now confident that my system will be in tip top shape for many years to come. Amazing service all around!
Isaac was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. I have experienced the opposite with other HVAC companies.
Previously had different company look at problem with Carrier A/C unit 2 times but couldn’t determine issue. Greg with Texas AirZone clearly knew how to diagnose problem and solved it. Highly recommend and will call them 1st for service or when time to replace unit.
I was able to schedule service quickly and Greg did a great job getting my repair done. Explained everything very well.
We called this morning because the AC on one of our rooms stopped working last night and they were able to schedule a visit for the same day at noon. They were on time, very professional and courteous, and fixed the issue promptly and at a fair price. We have been their clients for a while and we highly recommend them
Texas AirZone is the best there is! Professional, on-time, honest, and reliable. We are more than satisfied with the work they have done on our HVAC system and will highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Spending money to repair your A/C, a sheer necessity in Texas, is never fun, but Texas AirZone made the experience 100 times better.
Joe of Texas AirZone was great. Explained the issues in ways us non-tekkies can understand, and did what he said he would do. I'm happy
Brett was very friendly and professional.
Roy was efficient, well informed and pleasant to work with.
Phenomenal crew. We highly, highly recommend Texas Air Zone. Our AC issue could not be resolved by 3 other companies before we called Texas Air Zone, who spent the time and fixed the problem. Smart people, very thorough.
Replaced a coil unit that had developed a freon leak. Workers arrived ahead of scheduled time and were professional and efficient in all aspects of the process. Texas Air Zone has been my ac servicer now for several years and have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. I always ask for Greg when I call.
My a/c went out on a Saturday. I called around 10:30 am but didn’t hear back. I called their message service again at 2:00 pm and they returned my call quickly. Apparently the first message taker didn’t pass along my phone number. The technician showed up about an hour after my second call. I asked if he was vaxxed…
I was referred to Texas AirZone by my cousin who has used them for several years in Preston Hollow. They installed a new A/C and heating system in her house and have performed general maintenance for her as well. I’ve been using Texas AirZone exclusively for the last three years and they have never, ever…
My thermostat died on a hot Saturday afternoon and the Air Conditioner did not function. I called Texas Air Zone and Frank was here in about 2 hours. He determined that the thermostat had to be replaced and he would have to order it on Monday. However after checking his truck he found one and quickly replaced my…
Roy and Drake did a tremendous job and in 30 mins fixed a problem we’ve had for years (and didn’t even know about!) There are so many people in the HVAC biz who don’t do the work and quote you crazy rates. These guys went to a VERY difficult-to-reach part of our attic (we have an older house and it’s really tight up…
Frank came out & serviced our condenser/evap coil/furnace/thermostat. Completely resolved our concerns. Incredibly polite & courteous!
Our A/C unit stopped running and a Texas AirZone technician came out the same day. The tech was friendly and professional and had us back up and running in about 30 mins. I would recommend them!
Great response time! Greg is an excellent technician- always great to have him out. Very thorough and professional. Thank you Gary for your excellent crew!
My technician luckily was the same one that installed my unit before I purchased my home, and was able to reprogram it and get it up and running when their competitors couldn't! So incredibly happy with my service. My only regret is that I didn't call them first.
I’ve used Texas Airzone for 7.5 years and they continue to provide expert, excellent service for our HVAC and wine cellar cooling systems. We have a maintenance agreement to have our HVAC units serviced twice a year (once for cooling & once for heating) which has extended the life of our system. They are…
This is the most reliable and effective Heating and Air conditioning service company in the Dallas Metroplex. I've not been disappointed with them for the last 8 years that I've used them. I would stand behind them 100%
