Texas AirZone LLC

I am impressed with the service I have received from the techs. David C. was here today and provided me a couple of options for me. He was professional, informative and kind. It shows he is obviously someone who cares and wants to help others in any way he can. Texas Air Zone totally stepped up also and provided me…

I took issue with how a service need was being addressed and to his credit Frank reached out and took over the process. He made sure I was educated as to what the issue was and the plan to correct it. He checked in daily while we waited on the part.

System works great! Only issue was taking out old unit out of attic through our master bedroom closet, built in cabinets scratched. Other than that, crew was professional and quick

Always the greatest

Update 2026: another great experience with Texas AirZone. Oswaldo and Paco completed a brand new HVAC install. Arrived on time and finished under 6 hours. Excellent communication and costumer service. Carlos G took care of the consult/estimate and spent plenty of time explaining the options. I will continue to…

I highly recommend Texas AirZone for anything A/C related. They did a fantastic job replacing my compressor/condenser. The new installation was professionally and cleanly done both in my attic and outside. Very happy with the outcome.

I started using Texas Air Zone a few years ago for maintenance and repairs. I just had to replace two heating and air conditioning units plus new ductwork. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and I think the price was fair. The crew was efficient, professional and thorough. They left the attic areas…

We have used Texas AirZone extensively for HVAC and now for plumbing as well, now that they offer this! Entire team is so knowledgeable, fair, and professional to work with. We have dealt with our fair share of contractors and these are the best of the best!

This company is the best of the best! We’ve been a customer for 13 years and the service has always been excellent.

I have used Texas Air Zone since 2015. They have proven to me they are the best in the DFW area. I have tried several well-known HVAC companies, and none are even in the ballpark with these guys. They have installed a new Heat Pump/ heater combo, fixed old ductwork, maintained my unit, repaired problems under…

Jason was great. Tons of help with my system and had great suggestions on how to improve it.

Luis has been very patient and helpful! He went over several options with me and explained the cost and equipment. The team Armando, Osvaldo and Francisco who set up my new ac unit was professional and clean. I would highly recommend Texas air zone to family and friends.

Texas Air Zone is the best. They replaced my HVAC system almost 15 yrs after they installed the previous one and their team is courteous & professional. One member of the team even said he had been part of the crew that installed the old system, so they have good long-term employees.

Tx AirZone is trust worthy. They are detailed and care about you and your AC/Heating system working properly. They installed 3 new systems in my house and they are working amazingly. They cleaned up and were very conscientious about not tearing up my home. Tx AirZone gave us a really good deal since it is…

Completed an enormous amount of work in a very short amount of time while maintaining quality neat organized install.

Texas Air Zone is the single most detailed and professional HVAC company I have ever used. Isaac and his team are wonderful to do business with.

Quality work. Lots of choices for every budget.

Great experience from start to finish. Sales guy(Carlos?) was knowledgeable, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. Install crew was friendly, courteous and they cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend

They do an awesome job from start to finish.

Texas Air installed our new American Standard furnace & ac unit in July 2022. From beginning to end the installation process was painless. Isaac was our rep during the purchase phase and I appreciate that he was thorough in explaining the benefits the system options that were available. It is almost a year later and…

We chose Texas Air Zone as our air conditioning service provider over 15 years ago and have been 100% pleased with the service they have provided over the years. At our previous home they installed new units (both conventional units and mini-splits), replaced ductwork, and kept ancient units running well far longer…

Excellent

Did full HVAC system and ductwork replacement 3 years ago. The install was professionally done and easy to deal with. Excellent financing was available through their company as well. No problems with the system, has worked well everyday since the install and lowered our electric needs. We do the twice yearly service…

Brenda was friendly and courteous when I called to set up an appointment. Greg came out the same day to get me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Mason kept me updated on the crew's timeline. They were on time, thorough, cleaned up after themselves and…

The crew from Texas AirZone installed a new air conditioner, furnace, and ducting in my house in May. They were also replacing all the vents and putting in a new air return so they had to repair the texture on the ceiling in a few places. They did a great job! They were very kind and respectful, they cleaned up…

Texas AirZone is the best there is! Professional, on-time, honest, and reliable. We are more than satisfied with the work they have done on our HVAC system and will highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Spending money to repair your A/C, a sheer necessity in Texas, is never fun, but Texas AirZone made the…

We have used Texas AirZone for many years to maintain the old system in our older home. They have responded quickly and always have been able to find a fix to get us up and running at a minimal price. They never once have pressured us to replace the old unit, so when Texas AirZone told us they couldn’t save it this…

we got our a/c and heating system updated about 3 years ago. the new unit is now located in the attic supposed to be more efficient this way. this spring when temps got high the a/c kicked on and it smelled bad like dirty laundry! very unpleasant, called them out and they recommended a treatment they do every 6…

I was referred to Texas AirZone by my cousin who has used them for several years in Preston Hollow. They installed a new A/C and heating system in her house and have performed general maintenance for her as well. I’ve been using Texas AirZone exclusively for the last three years and they have never, ever…

Frank came out & serviced our condenser/evap coil/furnace/thermostat. Completely resolved our concerns. Incredibly polite & courteous!

I’ve used Texas Airzone for 7.5 years and they continue to provide expert, excellent service for our HVAC and wine cellar cooling systems. We have a maintenance agreement to have our HVAC units serviced twice a year (once for cooling & once for heating) which has extended the life of our system. They are…

Professional and thorough, would recommend.

We had a 15 year old unit go out in July. Texas AirZone sent Brett to repair. He was able to and did such a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and promptly got A/C going! He warned that the unit wasn’t going to last much longer, so we got an estimate for a new unit. We decided to replace and it was a good decision…
