I took issue with how a service need was being addressed and to his credit Frank reached out and took over the process. He made sure I was educated as to what the issue was and the plan to correct it. He checked in daily while we waited on the part.

I contacted Texas AirZone based on the reviews of this site. We had a particularly tricky compressor and the team solved it. Great responsiveness, solid pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They don't automatically push for getting a new unit and you feel like you've found your go to provider.
Had my system looked at by numerous companies Texas Air Zone found the refrigerant leak in very little time. The part the evaporator coil was in stock and my repair is already scheduled for this coming Monday. If they get this work done by Monday for the price quoted they will be my new AC vendor and my hero. ;-)
