Thorough, timely, and highly professional
Always appreciate their help. Was just recently serviced by Jose Briones, and he did great. He was helpful, quick, clean, and informed me of everything I should know about my system. I’d recommend TAZ and Jose to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC.
There is no one better in HVAC than Texas AirZone and Issac - period! As a contractor myself, reliability is the key and they are the best in the business!
We have been customers since 2013 and have always received amazing customer service, technical support and worked with professional technicians who take the time to explain what they’ve done, what needs to be done and why. Reliable and responsive. Would gladly recommend. I also want to take a moment to thank…
Outstanding and resourceful. Fantastic service with lots of insight, professional and kind.
Bryan was great. Explained solutions to our problem. Showed up when he said he would. Snd cleaned up everything. Wonderful experience. New plumbing service is top notch.
Jason showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Appreciated the extra time he spent with me answering my questions
Greg is the best! So personable and his knowledge of the HVAC system is amazing!
I have used Texas Air Zone since 2015. They have proven to me they are the best in the DFW area. I have tried several well-known HVAC companies, and none are even in the ballpark with these guys. They have installed a new Heat Pump/ heater combo, fixed old ductwork, maintained my unit, repaired problems under…
Used this company nearly two decades and wouldn’t use anyone else. Never disappointed in their product, quality of work and fair price.
Great people to work with. Their Technician Mr. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Answered all my questions and pointed out things which I need to be paying attention to in order to keep the system running smoothly.
Very quick to respond and courteous professional service.
Hands down the best service, honest, accountable and super responsive — and in our case after hours when we really needed help. Can’t say enough! Your in good hands with these guys.
I love this company. They are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, reputable, trustworthy, thorough, professional. And they show up when they say they will!
Greg explains everything to us so we understand what our system is doing and what it needs. Extremely happy with this business!
Have been using them for years. Great company- trust worthy / good work/ honest / prompt. Frank is the man.
Easy to book an appointment that wasn’t an emergency. Arrived when expected. The technician was professional and thoughtful. I would recommend this company.
Texas Air installed our new American Standard furnace & ac unit in July 2022. From beginning to end the installation process was painless. Isaac was our rep during the purchase phase and I appreciate that he was thorough in explaining the benefits the system options that were available. It is almost a year later and…
I’ve been using Texas Airzone for many years — always great service and fair pricing. Will continue to be a customer!
We chose Texas Air Zone as our air conditioning service provider over 15 years ago and have been 100% pleased with the service they have provided over the years. At our previous home they installed new units (both conventional units and mini-splits), replaced ductwork, and kept ancient units running well far longer…
Out within an hour of calling Diagnosed the problem in minutes Repair completed within a half hour Mario, technician, explained everything along the way Will continue to use them
The service person was very professional & courteous!!!
Texas Air Zone has been our service provider for many years. They have always performed very well. Roy was very courteous and knowledgeable. I trust Texas Air Zone and I value their professionalism.
Did full HVAC system and ductwork replacement 3 years ago. The install was professionally done and easy to deal with. Excellent financing was available through their company as well. No problems with the system, has worked well everyday since the install and lowered our electric needs. We do the twice yearly service…
Once again, Texas AirZone stood behind their work and replaced a recently installed but defective motor at no added expense to me. When the technician could not find the problem, he called in the manager who immediately arrived, the cause of problem diagnosed and the motor replaced. Thank you, Roy, Craig and the…
I was referred to Texas AirZone by my cousin who has used them for several years in Preston Hollow. They installed a new A/C and heating system in her house and have performed general maintenance for her as well. I’ve been using Texas AirZone exclusively for the last three years and they have never, ever…
I’ve used Texas Airzone for 7.5 years and they continue to provide expert, excellent service for our HVAC and wine cellar cooling systems. We have a maintenance agreement to have our HVAC units serviced twice a year (once for cooling & once for heating) which has extended the life of our system. They are…
Texas Air Zone is the best! All employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Texas Air team kept our ancient HVAC system going far longer than anyone could have anticipated (a miraculous 33 years!) then did a super job installing our new system. We recommend Texas Air with no reservations.
Professional and thorough, would recommend.
Professional and answered any questions. Communication was simple and timely response.
This is the most reliable and effective Heating and Air conditioning service company in the Dallas Metroplex. I've not been disappointed with them for the last 8 years that I've used them. I would stand behind them 100%
