Joe was amazing, he went above and beyond to repair our gas fireplace vent and ensure the outside vent could not allow birds to enter. He was friendly, professional, punctual and fun too! He let my granddaughter take her temperature (and the dog's too) with his heat measuring tool.

My chimney was leaking and needed to be totally redone. Texas Family Chimney came out, did a very thorough inspection. Then I got a very detailed estimate of everything they were going to do. The price was reasonable and their work was impeccable. The owners were here every day to supervise and inspect the on going work. They were done in a very reasonable time frame. They were also very thorough on their cleanup when the work was finished. Very trustworthy company and I would absolutely hire them again!

Joe came to our house to look at our fireplace and chimney and immediately put me at ease. He did not try to upsell or use high pressure sales tactics and was upfront and honest. I could tell he was very passionate about chimneys, which is the EXACT person you want working on your chimney! Michelle is also extremely nice and was very quick to respond when I had a question. They did not ask me to write this review. I have worked with a couple of other chimney companies that come in with a shop vac and end up making a big sooty mess of your house and/or try to upsell you or tell you that you need a full replacement or your house will burn down. No one needs that. Call Texas Family Chimney. You want someone in your house who knows what they're doing when it comes to your chimney and is honest. We had a leak next to the chimney and Texas Family Chimney replaced the siding, chase cover and chase cap.

After dealing with a persistent chimney leak and hiring two different companies that couldn’t identify or fix the problem, we were beyond frustrated. Thankfully, Texas Family Chimney Care came to the rescue.
Maynor was incredibly thorough, professional, and determined to find the source of the leak. Unlike the previous companies, he didn’t just apply a quick fix and hope for the best. He carefully inspected everything and discovered that the flashing around our chimney had been improperly sealed by a previous contractor.
Maynor resealed all of the flashing correctly and took the time to ensure the job was done right. Since then, the leak has completely stopped. His attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to solving the problem were outstanding.
If you’re dealing with a chimney leak or need chimney work done, I highly recommend Texas Family Chimney Care. They succeeded where two other companies failed, and we’re extremely grateful for their expertise and persistence.
