Wesley worked with us to put in stone, landscaping, and irrigation. The first pic is before and what a difference to the end result! Me and my wife are more than happy with the results and Wesley’s attention to detail on each step of this project. Highly recommend the company and Wesley specifically!
TOO and I converted my backyard into a luxury resort! Overall I think Troy and Shawn did a great job with my pool. Good parts: Troy and I repeatedly iterated the pool design, finished on version 12G, and it was worth paying attention to details. Shawn, the building manager, answered more questions of mine than I can count. I opted for a jewelscape plaster and when they acid washed it the entire pool glittered like a million gem stones. My phone didn't understand what was happening so photos don't do it justice. The water color is amazing. A guest commented they've never seen a pool look so refreshing. Exactly what I hoped to get! The decking is silver travertine and looks tremendous. I also got a split-face veneer in the same stone that also looks great. We added a planter area that runs alongside the decking. The plants within are doing great so far. My rain gutters were tied into new drainage pipes that leads off the property. We recently had some strong and extended rains. No buildup of water at all. Shawn also paused the last builds on the job so I could handle getting a new fence in and landscaping. Very much appreciated. Overall the the pool looks amazing and the build seems high quality, but I'm not a construction expert. I literally spent several years thinking and designing the pool and worked to ensure everything came out perfect. Overall the pool is pretty close to perfect!. Looks amazing. Whenever I walk out into my backyard it feels like I've been transported overseas into a personal tropical resort. My backyard was previously pretty lame. After a few weeks I can declare the pool is tons of fun and looks amazing. My wife wife says the pool is perfect and she never wants to move again, so success!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for trusting Texas Outdoor Oasis with your project. We truly appreciate the feedback — both the positives and the concerns — because it helps us continue improving. I’m glad to hear that you and Troy were able to work through the design process together and land on a final version that you were excited about. We know how important those details are, especially on a custom project, and I’m happy Shawn was there throughout construction to help answer questions and keep things moving forward. Your comments about the Jewelscape finish, patio revisions, and pool school are all things we take seriously. Our goal is always to deliver exactly what was promised while maintaining strong communication throughout the process. I’ll be reviewing your feedback internally with our team so we can better understand where expectations may not have aligned and where we can improve moving forward. At the end of the day, I’m very happy to hear that you and your wife are enjoying the pool and creating memories in the space. That’s ultimately why we do what we do. Michael and Charles were great to work with! The quality and care the team took on our pool was outstanding. Please see before and after photos of our house in Wylie!
Work was done next with zero issues. Even have stone lined flower beds that haven't moved or cracked from 12 years ago.
Mr. Miller, Thank you for the opportunity to take care of the landscape repairs. I appreciate your business and look forward to planting some trees for you and adding the irrigation this fall when you’re ready. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything in the immediate future. Thank you again! Wesley Graves
We did a lot of research and made the perfect choice with Texas Outdoor Oasis. Great design and communication, great people and finished on time. We had a very big project and they excelled in every part of it.
David and Amy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you both on this project. This was such a fun transformation. From the complete pool remodel with new equipment, beautiful tile, travertine decking, and fire bowls, to the outdoor cover extension, new stonework around the columns and fireplace, and the motorized screens that transformed the patio into a comfortable, enclosed space. One of my favorite parts was getting to work with you both in our showroom to select the tile, stone, and finishes. Seeing all those selections come together and watching the entire space transform was incredibly rewarding. What meant just as much to Brandon and me was how you treated us throughout the entire process. The celebration you hosted at the end of the project for your neighbors and friends was something we won’t forget. The fact that you took the time to thank your neighbors for their patience and support during construction and then went out of your way to introduce and highlight Brandon and me to everyone made us both feel incredibly appreciated and welcomed. Thank you for trusting us, for being such a great team to work with, and for allowing us to be part of creating a space where you can make so many great memories. We’re truly grateful for the Williams family and couldn’t be happier with how everything came together! Jimmy
I have never met a team as professional, efficient and skillful as Wesley’s! They completely renovated my weed- dominated side yard to a river rock garden. I can see Wesley picked the plants carefully, with color and shape variation in mind. I didn’t take a pre- work picture, but even the post-construction pictures alone are gorgeous enough to know how professional they are! Team also did a comprehensive evaluation to the yard and gave me lots of useful recommendations on how to keep the plants alive and beautiful in dry seasons. You have made my day Wesley, Memo and your team! I will strongly recommend you all to friends! — Wen
Wen, Thank you so much for allowing us to completely overhaul your side yard. You gave me a great foundation and direction for what you wanted, and I really appreciate you trusting us to change up the flow, adjust some of the plant selections, and ultimately let the team and me do what we do best. I’m extremely pleased with how everything came together, and I also want to thank you for being so attentive to our post-installation instructions. Most importantly, your hospitality toward the guys while they were working was unmatched. It was truly a pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate the opportunity. Please don’t hesitate to call me if you ever have any questions or concerns. I’m always happy to help. Thank you again, Wesley & Team Texas Outdoor Oasis
