That 1 Painter Houston

I contacted Ian with That 1 Painter to paint two bedrooms and stain my front door. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job and went above and beyond to assure that I was satisfied with the results.

Unfortunately, my experience with That 1 Painter has been very disappointing. They were extremely quick to respond when they were trying to earn our business. We were also told that the work came with a warranty if the paint started peeling. However, once we actually needed them to honor that warranty, the level of customer service completely changed. Trying to get someone to come back and address the peeling paint has been incredibly frustrating. There has always been some type of excuse — family emergencies, showing up earlier than the appointment window they gave us when no one was available, not returning calls, and difficulty getting anyone to actually follow through. I completely understand that things happen and schedules change, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been very disappointing, especially after being assured that their work was warrantied. If I had known this would be the level of customer service we would receive after the job was completed and paid for, I would not have hired That 1 Painter.

These guys were extremely helpful and friendly. They worked with me on my budget, and the work they did looks amazing!

We had a great experience with That 1 Painter. They where very professional where on time and very respectful of our property.

I had an amazing experience working with this painting service. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail from start to finish. They transformed my home with a fresh, clean look that exceeded my expectations. The paint quality was excellent, and the finishing work was smooth and flawless. They completed the job within the promised timeframe and maintained a tidy workspace throughout the project. Communication was easy, and they listened carefully to all my preferences and ideas. The pricing was honest and worth every penny considering the quality delivered. I would definitely recommend this painter to anyone looking for reliable service, beautiful results, and a stress-free experience.

We decided to repaint most of the interior rooms after years of wear and fading. The painters helped us choose finishes that would hold up well in high-traffic areas and completed the project over five days. Compared to before, the entire house feels brighter, cleaner, and more updated. The edges around trim and ceilings were done neatly, and the crew protected floors and furniture carefully throughout the process. It’s impressive how much a fresh coat of paint can change the atmosphere of a home. The finished result made every room feel more polished and well-maintained.
