The guys sent a heads up text when they were arriving. Which was good so we could go about our business until their designated arrival time. They were through and clean.

Jerry from the AC Team came out yesterday and got the heating system ready to go. This was not done during the summer install as they have to run the air handlers on heat for a few minutes during initial setup. Appreciate that not happening when it is over 110 degrees outside. Everything went smoothly and we are ready for winter. No additional cost as this was part of the initial setup of my two Trane systems which worked great after install this summer

Jerry arrived on time and quickly got to work looking into the issue with the A/C unit. I appreciated him explaining what actions he took and provided suggestions on how to help the unit run more efficiently. The quality of service I experienced from scheduling the appointment to servicing the unit was outstanding.
