Very good place for aerial gymnastic practice. Good height and enough space for tricks . They have a lot of different equipment aerial silks aerial hoop hammock and other . I was enjoying with open gym but there is also group classes for children and adults.

Been coming to this studio for about a month. The energy is very welcoming and every class has been so much fun. The instructors are attentive to your skill level and make learning new skills a fun challenge.

The Aerial House is the best! I was reading some reviews that mentioned a lack of air conditioning, I’m happy to report that I was there recently on a 95 degree day and it was totally comfortable. I saw that they had a mini split AC, two giant cooling systems as well as fans all over the place, so don’t worry. Give it a try, the teachers are incredibly encouraging and the other students are so positive and supportive! They really encourage an atmosphere of fun as well as safety, it’s a great time and a great workout.

I have been looking for a place to try silks for a while. I am so glad I made the trek from Redondo Beach. The drive was worth it. The teacher (Jen) was kind and professional and the other students were great too. I could tell how addicted they were too. I can’t wait to go back.

This is my third time here, and every time I’m always surprised by the routines my body can follow. Im still a beginner but I’ve learned so much about body mechanics and weight distribution; muscles can only get you so far with this class. Teachers are always so supportive and knowledgable. Thanks and shout out to Jenn for being the best! The community is great too, made some new and supportive friends. I whole heartedly enjoy the classes but leaving it a 3 stars because of the AC issue. It wasn’t working the last times I was here which I tried tolerating, but it’s tough cuz I sweat easily. A little TMI, but this last time sweat dripped towards my feet while I was in the air and I almost slipped off the hammock; it really scared me being up there. Hoping this issue will be fixed, but if you go please be careful.

i've taken a couple classes and the instructors are so great and patient! obsessed with how thorough and intentional the class was from the warm up, conditioning, and how it ties into the sequence. rating would have been higher if the air conditioning was working! all the times i've been were a little uncomfortable with how hot and stuffy it was on the inside. will definitely come back once the cooling situation is resolved!
