Valerie was so helpful throughout the process of my parents buying their new house. She helped navigate every step of the way and went above and beyond when we ran i to any snags in the process! Working with Valerie made the whole process seem very manageable!!
I was in need of a place. I got a hold of Mason. I told him I was interested in his property. He found another one in the area at a similar price point to check and compare. I made a decision. He made it happen quick didn't have to worry about anything. I've been looking for a house for at least a couple years, I was constantly overwhelmed by what I had to do or what I thought I might have to do. Well Mason made it easy. Thank you man. I really appreciate it, I'll be in touch for my next one. Two thumbs up and a high five.
Jesse, and The Alpha Team at Keller Williams Southwest Arizona are the best!! We (an older couple) recently worked with them to purchase a condo from several states away. We were concerned about how the process would work, it was very smooth with remote signings and email updates. The team and Jesse were so wonderfully helpful. Jesse made several trips to do video walkthroughs with us and helped set up inspections. He even helped find a cleaning service so we could move into a clean home, We would highly recommend Keller Williams Southwest Arizona and The Alpha Team,
Working with Austin and Regina was very easy from the beginning until the purchase of our home was completed. Worked with them if you’re looking for a property and you will be satisfied with the purchase process like we are.
Jesse Simpson is the best agent I have ever worked with. A friend of mine who was buying a home met Jesse with me at the house we bought and he commented on how much better Jesse was than his own agent!
Jesse was an outstanding agent for us. He went above and beyond what we expected. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thanks Jesse!
We had a great experience working with Cody throughout our home-buying journey. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and a great negotiator. What stood out most was his patience and commitment. We paused our search a few times to reevaluate what we wanted, and Cody never gave up on us or pressured us. Whenever we were ready to start looking again, he was right there to help. With each home we toured, he helped us better understand and crystalize exactly what we were looking for. After several tours, Cody recommended a home that he thought we would love. The moment we walked in, it immediately felt like home. We submitted an offer, it was accepted, and Cody negotiated significant concessions that helped us tremendously with the purchase. We highly recommend Cody. As a regular real estate buyer, I truly value having a knowledgeable and dependable agent, and I look forward to continuing to work with Cody and Alpha Realty on future purchases.
My experience with this team was truly excellent; they are professional, attentive, and very communicative. This is the second time we have bought a home with them, and they do a fantastic job. All the staff members involved in the various stages of the buying and selling process are genuinely friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend them.
Cody was awesome! Best realtor in the Greater Tucson area. He helped me find my dream home, I highly recommend him if you’re out there trying to purchase a home.
Working with Mason and the Alpha Realty Team was an enlightening experience. Mason patiently walked me through a wide range of options as my goals evolved from purchasing a co-op, to buying land to build on, to considering single-family homes, and ultimately investing in a multi-family property. Throughout the process, Mason was knowledgeable, responsive, and never pressured me into making a decision. He took the time to educate me on each opportunity, helping me understand both the benefits and potential challenges of every property we looked at. Having a partner with strong industry knowledge, local market expertise, and a network of trusted professionals was instrumental in making this purchase a reality. From negotiations and inspections to financing and closing, Mason was there every step of the way. I couldn't have completed this transaction on my own, and I'm grateful for his guidance, patience, and dedication. I highly recommend Mason and the Alpha Realty Team to anyone looking to buy a home or investment property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
