1. Yadi and her staff treat me like family. So customer service is beautiful.
2. The prices are always less than anywhere else. Check for yourself.
3. They actually look out for my best interest and give me options that work for me to choose from.
4. Their delivery service was pain free, thank God.

I appreciated the time spent with me when deciding which washer to purchase. I did buy a Kenmore 300. It was installed promptly and efficiently with a very good and kind demeanor. I did encounter a drip in the basin a few days afterward. I called sent a video of the drip. It was repaired at home quickly and very kind installers. I highly recommend Appliance Depot. This business technicians intentionally left a yellow rag inside the back of my dryer and I have it on Vidoe, it damaged my dryer caused me to get a new thermal fuse, and we’re be yet lucky it didn’t start a stack fire and blow up my house. A police report will be filled and I’ll be pressing criminal changes I got it on one of my video camera in my house and I removed the rag with my son and they put that in there the last time they cleaned my dryer vent. Be very careful with these repair guys, but I intend to file criminal charges against them or see if I can and also against that company . Take my advice hire someone else .!!

I bought a full set of stainless steel kitchen appliances from Appliance Depot about 6 months ago. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a full matching set for our kitchen, and that we got the models and style for each appliance that we wanted based on the options. They even gave me a loan that had 0% interest for 6 months! The appliances are still going strong after 6 months, and we are very happy with our purchase. If we are in the market for a new washer and dryer or if we have any friends who are in the market for appliances, we will surely refer them to Appliance Depot!
