Prompt, courteous, honest, professional, friendly, and fair pricing. It’s hard to find one or two of these qualities anymore, but with The Appliance Man you get them all. Andre came out and based on my description of the issue thought the motor was bad in my dryer. After checking himself and double checking he discovered it wasn’t a bad motor but rather a broken belt which saved me money. He could have easily charged me to replace the motor and then when he was fixing that discovered the broken belt which would’ve been another part to pay for and repair. Came out a couple days later and in 15 minutes had the belt replaced, the dryer cleaned, put back together and up and running. Andre thank you for everything. I hope I don’t have another appliance go down but if it does, there is no hesitation in who I am calling to service it. The Appliance Man Kentuckiana. 5 ⭐️ service, 5 ⭐️ people, 5 ⭐️ company.
