Outstanding folks. I wanted my first tank in over 30 years and they helped me get a tank and my initial set up going with great plant advice! Looking forward to adding fish and shrimp after my tank cycles a few time. Great local shop!

Vary friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Gave us information on where to take our sick turle as well. We will diffently be back and highly recommend them to anyone that is needing help or supplies for their reptiles, freshwater and saltwater aquariums

Beautifully clean and well organized. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous fish as well! When Jill worked there it was AMAZING! She worked so well with the kids. We are very sad to see her go. Madison is super nice as well! Prices of some items are comparable to the big stores ... Many items are VASTLY over priced in comparison. Nearly DOUBLE, or more, what you can get elsewhere. We try to shop small time local businesses, but the atmosphere has changed too much and not for the better. Hopefully the owner takes some lessons in customer service ... I've gotten fish and ghost shrimp which both came with parasites. Maybe medicate the tanks or something. The parasites infected my entire freshwater tank! We also bought our little beardie here and he is doing well! Truly the place is a hit or miss now. Bought a mercury light for him then come to find out they are significantly less elsewhere, though still pricey. I do understand it is difficult for a small business to compete with chain stores, but damn.

Great Pet Store! They really care about the Animals! Might not look fancy inside, but they care about the well being, physical & mental health of the animals & will help you anytime you have questions too.

The staff at Aquatic Den has been absolutely awesome. The two ladies that have helped me out with my starter 5 gallon tank until now with my additional 20 gallon and 55 gallon tanks have been key to my success with all my tanks being absolutely brilliant and vibrant. Again I can’t say thanks enough to the staff at Aquatic Den!!!
