I really appreciate how kind they were towards my Molly (dog). She was a bit apprehensive at first but their patience made everything better.

The Ark in Madison is the best of the best! The staff are amazing and so friendly and take such great care of our precious boy, Lenny! He absolutely loves going to Doggie Daycare & has a blast while boarding with the Doggie Daycare included! Top-notch!

Terrible grooming. Unable to talk to the GM and got the run around. I was a groomer in my early days and this was crappy work and bad customer service. My dogs deserve better.
They do not watch your pets closely enough! If another pet attacks yours and yours responds you will be at fault with financial responsiblity. Be cautious
I have two dogs, that are my fur babies! This is their third grooming experience. The groomer is very caring, professional, gentle and has done an awesome job with my dogs. She has demonstrated loving patience in helping them in this new environment; we moved here from CA and I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice new place.
The spa is very clean, and the staff members really seem to enjoy their jobs. I appreciate the fact that they listen to my requests and do what they can to accommodate our needs. I am planning on being able to let my dogs attend the daycare for their socialization very soon.
I love that Video Surveillance will be available to me when they begin their day care or if I have to leave them overnight for boarding.
My dogs come home relaxed and happy when boarding. My 4 yr old chihuahua plays all day in the toy group while my 15 yr old poodle relaxes in their suite and individual play with staff. That kind of individualized care keeps them happy and me worry free. They take time to get to know the pets and their needs.
