Customers frequently praise the gallery for its custom framing quality, reasonable pricing, and the owner's friendly communication. The business is noted for handling diverse items, from local art to memorabilia, and for supporting regional artists. However, lower-rated reviews highlight significant delays in order completion and a pattern of unresolved issues regarding the return of customer property or payment for consigned works.

Took 6 original paintings for him to sell, sold 2 Lester Hughes paintings and paid promptly. The other 4 were missing at his gallery. Took him months to finally pay me after threatening a law suit.

Have had various items framed. From a boon dock sints record clock, to a stained signed guitar, 2 raiders Jerzys and a Cowboys Jerzy, a Billy the kid belt buckle and a Birthday celestial alignment of the stars. And a autographed picture. All are amazingly done and is worth any wait for a framing Job. Joe a one man framing business takes his time to ensure quality work on every frame job he does. I will never go elsewhere and if he ever retires I will not know where to take our business next.
I have been using Joe's framing services for almost 20 years. He has framed numerous pieces of artwork, vintage posters, and created shadowboxes for me. He always does excellent work, communicates well, charges reasonably, and gets the work done quickly. I highly recommend his framing shop!
I had the pleasure of Meeting Joe, not only does he take pride in his work he was also tremendously helpful and understanding — It is an honor and privilege to meet him.
Framed attic entry way and door way. Joe was amazing, great craftsmanship. I wanted to "frame" my attic entry way to give it a very professional and luxury look. I brought the crown Molding and Joe did an amazing job creating the frame (I didn't have the tools). It looks amazing now.
The owner Joe is very friendly and helpful. Our picture was finished when he said it would be and the work was exemplary. Would highly recommend.
